Sean Schmelzer, MBA

Decades of experience in regulated industries, operational oversight, and risk-aware decision making. MBA from Concordia University–Wisconsin and an engineering background from MSOE. His decade+ at Rockwell Automation and Johnson Controls spans product management, energy management, portfolio leadership, and commercial operations.

At RMLS, Sean provides compliance leadership ensuring scientific work is conducted responsibly and in alignment with applicable standards.
